Bentley Oliver, LMHC

Bentley Oliver, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience working with a variety of
populations and mental health issues. She has been practicing therapy for 3 years, and been in the field of
mental health for over 15 years. Some areas Bentley has focused on in her practice have been couples
therapy (specifically blended family issues), psychotic disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and
depression. The driving force behind Bentley's therapeutic philosophy is the idea that any person can be
empowered to make choices that will transform their life into what they want it to be. Discerning
wants/need, learning to prioritize, eliminating negative patterns, and creating plans for change are areas
most people never formally learn, and Bentley believes in giving people the education and tools to
accomplish their goals in these arenas. She also believes in helping people become more self-aware in terms
of their emotions and experience, processing these things to create a happier, more fulfilling life.
